         1. Vehicle LNG cylinders , the cryogenic heat insulation pressure vessel, has a vacuum double layer structure. The inner vessel is used to store cryogenic LNG. Its outer surface is covered with multilayer heat insulation material. Thus the cylinder has    heat insulation function. Besides, the interlayer is purged to vacuum, thus the multilayer heat insulation system is formed.

        2. The design fueling rate is 90%. A device used to prevent over fueling is equipped with the inner vessel. The fueling pipeline is equipped with a non-return valve to obtain one-way flow of LNG to the cylinder and ensure that LNG will not vent outside. The liquid outlet pipeline is also equipped with a non-return valve. Besides a excess valve is equipped with the liquid  outlet pipeline. When the outside pipeline fractures or leaks, the excess valve can prevent LNG from venting outside.
